All of our range of footwear is exchangeable in the case of impossible sizing issues or definite manucaturers faults. However please choose carefully as wrong selection of goods does not fit this criteria as we do not normally give refunds. We must be contacted within 7 days of purchase if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision. A new pair will be issued upon return of purchased goods at the customer expense (postage & handling costs). With Paypal refunds customer will have to incur surchages that we recieve which is 3% of total.
Upon recieving returned goods the customer will recieve a store credit with us for the value of the goods. The heels must not be damaged, worn in a smokey environment, scuffed, stained, extensively worn, stretched or damaged in anyway. They also when purchased must be tried on a soft surface such as, carpet or a rug. Overseas transactions may incur a higher cost for delivery and goods will not be delivered until fully payed for. Deliveries are made through Australia post and all postage is registered for your security.
