All of our range of footwear is exchangeable in the case of sizing issues. A new pair will be issued upon return of purchased goods at the customer expense (postage & handling costs). Their will be a $8.95 restocking fee. The heels must not be damaged, worn in a smokey environment, scuffed, stained, extensively worn, stretched or damaged in anyway within 14 days of purchase. They also when purchased must be tried on a soft surface such as, carpet or a rug. Under no circumstances will a refund be allowed on our products unless there is a definite manufacturer's fault, wrong selection does not fit this criteria.
