Returns All of our range of footwear is exchangeable in the case of sizing issues or definite manucaturers faults. Wrong selection of goods does not fit this criteria. We must be contacted within 14 days of purchase. A new pair will be issued upon return of purchased goods at the customer expense (postage & handling costs). Upon recieving returned goods the customer will recieve a store credit with us for the value of the goods. There will be a 15% restocking fee. The heels must not be damaged, worn in a smokey environment, scuffed, stained, extensively worn, stretched or damaged in anyway. They also when purchased must be tried on a soft surface such as, carpet or a rug. If any issues please contact us immediately (otherwise may result in no return).THE SHOES MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS SOLD... Shipping & Charges overseas transactions may incur a higher cost for delivery. Deliveries are made through Australia post and all postage is registered for your security.
